My grandson asked for a bag to carry his water bottle so I made him this little tote. It is a simple pattern but a little texture for interest. The bag in the photograph is approximately 3 1/2 inches wide and 7 inches deep but the pattern gives instructions on how to change the size to fit your needs.

The pattern works up quickly; it is not difficult and is appropriate for anyone with basic crochet skills. It uses Lily Sugar n Cream Yarn or any similar worsted weight cotton.
