Kieran Branson Is Tom Branson’s brother who
runs a motor shoppe in Liverpool, England. When Lady Sybil
passes during child birth it is a possible oppurtunity for Tom to
move to Liverpool with his brother to make a living and provide
for his young daughter. This beanie is one I would
think he might where at his garage during the winter whilst working on cars.
