This fun design is based on one of my favorite Kilim rugs, I love that the pattern is both bold and intricate at the same time. The stranded colorwork chart is easy to follow, never using more than two colors and with no long floats, it’s great for beginners, but definitely interesting enough for more experienced knitters. This pattern comes with full color charts for 3 different color combinations.

Due to the width of the pattern motif, it’s difficult to adjust the size by simply adding and subtracting repeats.
The best way to alter the dimensions would be to experiment with yarn weight and needle size.
