The border on the Kiruna Sweater is inspired by this beautiful landscape and a graphic rendering of the northern lights dancing in ice crystals.

About the pattern The sweater is worked top down. The neck is raised and the neck opening shaped with short rows. The yoke is worked following the chart and then divided into body and sleeves. The sleeve stitches are put on hold while the body is worked until the stated or desired length is reached. At the end, stitches are picked up along the neck opening. Here, you can choose between a short ribbing or a polo neck. You can also choose different design add-ons in the form of borders placed at the bottom of the body and sleeves as well as an elongation of the back with a beautiful round shaping.
