Notes
Cardigan knitted in the round with steeks which are later cut open to form the front opening, neck opening, and armholes. The body is worked bottom-up; first back and forth (bottom rib), then in the round with steeks for the front, neck, and armholes. The steeks are reinforced and cut open. Then the shoulders are seamed together, stitches are picked up around the armholes and the sleeves are knit top-down in the round. The sleeves can be knitted using the Magic Loop method, or using DPNs. Stitches are picked up around the neck opening to work the neck band flat, and finally stitches are picked up along the front opening and the button bands are worked flat. Use MC yarn only to bind off stitches if it is not indicated. When floats run over more than 5 stitches, they need to be trapped in on WS as you knit.

Notes
前開き, 襟ぐり, 袖ぐりのために後から切り開くスティークを入れながら, 輪で編むカーディガン. 身頃は裾から上に向かって編む; 最初に裾の1目ゴ ム編みを往復編みで編む, それから前開き, 襟ぐり, 袖ぐりのスティークを 入れながら輪で編んでいく. スティークは補強し, 切り開く. 肩をはぎ, 袖ぐ りから目を拾い, 袖を袖口に向かって輪で編む. 襟ぐりから目を拾い, 往復 編みで襟を編む. 最後に前開きから目を拾い, 前立てを編む. 特に指示がな い限り, MCのみでBOする. 必要に応じてMagic Loopまたは4本棒針で編 むようにする. 編み地の裏側で渡り糸が長くなる場合は, 適宜編み包むよう にすると良い.
