Knit Me Happy by the Yarn Fairy
Dyed by the Yarn Fairy in the Knit Me Happy color way specifically for a KAL which was held in June of 2012.
We take custom orders, we can work this purple/brown for you or you can choose any semi solid tonal. We also have a method called Meldy Deep which would look smashing on this shawl. Send me an e-mail at wmdress@sbcglobal.net and we can work off of a photo if you like.
Supplies: Yarn Fairy Deluxe sock, colorway: Knit Me Happy, Meldy Deep-Purple to Browns, 6 ply fingering, 100% superwash merino, 822 yards/150 grams per skein, 1 skein.
Needles: Size 6 USA/4mm-32 inch circular – lace is very personal go up or down in size as you normally would to get gauge. If you are a loose knitter go down a size or two so you don’t run out of yarn.
Gauge: 24 sts/32 rows per 4” - gently blocked on size 6 needle.
Finished measurements: Center of neck edge down to bottom edge 37”, across the top 70”. Blocked gently-not pinned out hard, rather pulled out and left loose.
