I love this pillow, its Patriotic and fun. I knitted only the front side, but if you like I have included instructions for knitting a solid white background. The instructions show you exactly how to use a solid fabic to sew your pillow with if you choose. This pattern uses a size 6 knitting needle (4mm) and just the garter stitch throughout so it goes fairly quickly. You will need some bling stars to add or any other type of applique for this project and as many or little as you like. It will take approximately (1)- skein 5oz. super savor solids each, in dark red or maroon, navy blue and white. This is your creation, so have fun.
