Knit Rocketship
Do you dream of adventure out among the stars? Me too. :)
This is a knitting pattern suitable for intermediate knitters, and involves the following techniques:
- Working in the round
- The following stitches: k, p, lifted increases (KRL and KLL), yo, k 2 tog, slip 1
- Twice-knit knitting (optional)
- Kitchener stitch
- Crochet provisional cast on
- Pinhole cast on (instructions for this are included with the pattern)
Finished ship is about 4.5” wide, 7.25” long

This pattern is written in English and all needle sizes, abbreviations, etc. are American. Contains 11 fully-illustrated pages with large, easy-to-read text and lots of photos, diagrams and charts to accompany the written instructions.
Suggested Materials:
- Yarn:
Gray: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes: Silver; 1 skein
Black: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes: Coal; 1 skein
Yellow: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes: Semolina; 1 skein
(Or worsted weight yarns of your choice. Under 100 yards needed per color)

Tapestry needle (for weaving in yarn ends)
