“Here is a pretty knit edge for towels or pillow slips. You will need a ball of number 30 crochet cotton in the color of your choice and size 16 double-pointed steel knitting needles to make an edging 2 1/4 inches wide, or bedspread cotton and a size 0 double pointed aluminum needles to make an edging 2 3/4 inches wide.”
