Knit track suit - For those more into knitting than jogging.
The fun pattern is knitted using intarsia, and the pattern includes the instructions both for the sweater and pants.

The sweater is worked flat, bottom up and seamed as the sides. The sleeves are worked down from the shoulders.
The pants are worked top down, with short row shaping and pockets.
