Knitted Cables and Squares Afghan
by Leisure Arts
-This pattern suggests worsted weight yarn, but requires a gauge of 4sts=1”. The gauge is suitably obtained by using Red Heart Super Saver, and it was this yarn that was used to calculated the yardage required.
-This afghan is worked in panels, and then sewn together when finished. It adjust width, it is simple to make another panel. Alternatively, one can add a repeat of the Alternating Squares. This would work well if DK or sport weight yarn was used. More repeats of rows 1-30 would make this afghan longer.
