The side panels are knit in Mistake Rib and are used to adjust the width of the sock.

These socks are worked from the cuff down, with a heel flap and gusset. The cable pattern is continued onto the heel flap. The pattern includes three sizes: S, M and L to fit leg circumference 18 (20, 22) cm 7 (7.75, 8.75)”. Leg lenght results in 24 cm (9.5”) when knit as given in the pattern. Leg length and foot length are adjustable.
