the knotty by nature jockstrap is knot for the faint at heart! the intricate cabling makes the project look much harder than it actually is. intended for the intermediate/advanced cable knitter, this jock is based on the tried and true jock design of the previous patterns: twisted mister, woodsman, business travel, the pride series, repetition, alignment, viper room and knotty thoughts.

the model samples are done in a super soft, squishy 80/10/10 merino/cashmere/nylong that not only accentuate the cable stitch, but, allows for a nice, comfy fit!

strongly recommend using the lifted increase method as it lends a very professional look to the overall garment. also, the icord edging is perfect manner to slide elastic in which ensures keeping the stinger where you want. this is another ideal project for beginner cable knitters.
