This fun hat uses Loom Bands to add colour to an otherwise plain knit. It is worked flat from the bottom up. It starts with a garter stitch brim before moving on to a stocking stitch body, with loom bands added in a similar manner to how you would add beads. It finishes with crown decreases for a neat fit and is topped off with a pompom.
