Kvaløya Pullover
Kvaløya Pullover is worked from the top down. First, you cast on stitches for back of the neck and shoulders and work the upper part of the back. Then you pick up and knit stitches for the front sections, which are first worked separately and then joined. Work front and back separately back and forth until you reach the bottom of the armhole, then join and work in the round. Finally, work the sleeves from the top down and shape with decreases.
