These fingerless mitts go with La Belle Cloche pattern, using a portion of the same lace motif.
The pair uses approximately 50 gr/100 yards of a light worsted weight yarn, and can be knit up in a few hours. If you choose to add in the optional contrasting color band at the wrist you will need approximately 12 yards of that color. Or you can add the band using just the main color. The choice is yours.
They’re perfect for when you just need a bit of warmth for your hands, but still need your fingers free for typing, texting, or other tasks that a full mitten might interfere with.
The size is for an Adult Medium, but there is enough stretch to fit a fairly large hand, and enough negative ease for a smaller hand. If you have very small hands, going down one needle size should work well.
