This pattern is available for free.

Dress is worked from the Bodice down to the Body in
rows and rounds. The Lace Skirt is worked directly onto
the Bodice after the Body is completed. The Sleeves are
worked down from the Bodice, and the cuff ruffle is worked
around elastic to cinch. Buttons are sewn on last with
needle and thread.

Circumference: 20 (22½, 23¼, 24)“

Premier® Yarns Afternoon Cotton® (100% Mercerized
Egyptian Giza Cotton; 1.75oz/50g, 136yds/125m)
• 2198-01 White – 5 (6, 7, 8) balls
Hook: US Size D-3 (3.25 mm) or size needed to obtain
gauge
Notions: Tapestry needle, 2 – 10” lengths of ¼” elastic, 4
(5, 5, 5) - ¼” buttons, needle and thread to sew on buttons
and ends of elastic
