Lace Hem Tee
Lace Hem Tee is a light & roomy layer designed to extend your warm weather outfits into cooler months. The cropped length hits at just the right spot for layering over dresses and tunic length tops to add a touch of warmth and visual interest. The neckline is a gentle v-neck on one side and a boat neck on the other. Either side looks great facing front! Make it in linen with cap sleeves for a summer tee or in wool with sleeves in bracelet length (and thumb holes maybe?) for a cozy addition to your handmade wardrobe!
Please note that the length is fully customizable, and instructions for adding length are included in the pattern. You’ll need extra MC yarn for added length.

Intended ease is 7-10”/18-25.5 cm of positive ease at the bust. I am 5’4” with a 33”/84 cm bust, and in the photos in this pattern, I am wearing an XS with about 7”/18 cm of positive ease.
A note about yarn and ease: the drapier the yarn, the less ease you’ll need for that swingy feel to this tee. The two samples in the photos are the same size with the same amount of ease on me but the linen (cap sleeve) one always feels roomier with more movement because of the heavier weight and drape of the yarn.
