The Lace Panel Backpack is a practical string bag done in pretty stitches. The bag is crocheted with sturdy mercerized cotton yarn, and the lace panels are done in a simple pattern of shells and v-stitch. The crocheted drawstrings become the shoulder straps when the bag is cinched. The doubled lining is explained in the pattern and there is a video tutorial for the lining as well.
