Size: One size fits most; tam is 10½“/26cm in diameter
Yarn: Kimmet Croft Fibers Fairy Hare (2oz/56g; 300yds/270m; 40% angora, 60% merino) 1 skein Red
Needles:
* Size 2 (2.75mm) needles double-pointed needles (dpn) and 16” (40cm) circular or size to obtain gauge
Extras:
- Stitch marker
- Waste yarn
- Cable needle (cn)
- Tapestry needle
- 10½“ circle of cardboard or large dinner plate for blocking tam
Blocked Gauge: 20 sts to 4”/10cm in St st using size 2 (2.75) needles
Notes:
- Tam is worked for hem to center of crown.
- Tam achieves its distinctive shape by blocking
