Ladies’ Croc-Trimmed Slippers

This pattern gives simple instructions and photographs to enable an intermediate-level crocheter to complete a pair of ladies slippers.

This pattern uses Standard Terminology and incorporates the following stitches and techniques:

Post stitches, Chainless Starting Stitches, FPHDC2tog, Crocodile Stitch.

To complete these slippers in the size you require, you will need:

• A 5.5mm Hook (or size needed to achieve gauge)
• Approx 300m of the DK (8ply) yarn of your choice - 150g in each colour (meterage is more important than weight here.)
• 2 matching/contrasting buttons - each should be 1.5-2 cm in diameter.
• A yarn needle for sewing in the ends
