This pattern specifies yarn quantities in ounces, not yards. Peaches & Creme yarn normally is 122 yards in a 2.5-ounce ball, or nearly 49 yards per ounce. Thus, 99 yards / 90.5 meters of white, 25 yards / 23 meters each of red and black.
The pattern specifies: Peaches & Creme Art. 930H by Elmore-Pisgah, Inc.: 2 oz. White #1, .5 oz. each Red #95 and Black #2. Also 1” plastic ring.
G hook or hook size needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 4 sc = 1”; 4 sc = 1” Yes, the printed pattern gives the horizontal stitch gauge twice and does not give a row gauge.
The pattern begins on page 4. There is a graph given for stitching the ladybug design.
