I made Ambitious corals in DK in 2015, which is one of my favourite items since then. I got a lot of comments wherever I went, a grocery store, a movie theatre, a restaurant, etc. and people asked me where to get the pattern, which made me feel so happy and proud.

Laid back corals is its sister with heavier yarn with pockets. It is much quicker to finish and gives you the same satisfaction, or even more because of extra pockets.

The pattern in Spanish will be available over the next several months, thanks to Espino.

Size: XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL)

Finished bust circumference (based on cross back measurements): 33 (36.3, 40.5, 43.7, 47.5, 51.7)” /84 (92, 103, 111, 120.5, 131.5) cm
Since it is an open front cardigan, choose the size based on the cross back measurements; measure your cross back size, and then x2 plus about 3-3.7”/ 7.6 – 9.4 cm. Choose the Finished bust circumference that give you the closest to the final number.

Aran/10 ply

Yardage:
MC: 930 (1020, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500) yards /850 (932, 1100, 1190, 1280, 13720 meters.
CC: approx. 110 yards /100 meters of your choice that matches the gauge of the lace.

Gauge:
15 sts, 24 rows in 4” Stockinette stitch with MC
Change the needle size to obtain the right gauge if necessary.

US #8 (5.0 mm) circular needles, 16” (40cm) or longer, DPN, stitch markers, crochet hook.
