Laila
Laila shawl is designed for Tukuwool Harmas, which is a breed-specific, 100% Kainuu Grey sheep wool. It can also be knitted with Tukuwool sock or Tukuwool Fingering. The shawl has a triangular shape, and is worked from the tip to the ribbed edge. One side of the shawl features an original cable pattern with interesting lace sections, while the other side is comforting and meditative garter stitch, which makes the shawl squishy and warm.
You can watch my YouTube episode here, about the shawl, my inspiration for it and the yarn I used for it.
The size of the shawl is easily modified. Just keep adding more rows for a bigger version. You can also finish the shawl by adding tassels to the corners.
