Laith Socks
Rachel takes these socks in unconventional directions—the traveling stitch pattern begins at the top of one sock then leaps to the foot of the other.
Finished Size 7 (8)“ (18 20.5 cm) foot circumference and 9 (10)” (23 25.5 cm) long from back of heel to tip of toe; foot length is adjustable. Socks shown measure 7” (18 cm).
Yarn Zwerger Garn Opal Uni Solid 4-ply (75% wool, 25% polyamide; 465 yd 425 m/3½ oz 100 g): #5188 blau, 1 ball.
Needles U.S. size 1½ (2.5 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); tapestry needle.
Gauge 32 sts and 50 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in St st.
