This is a pattern for a long coat or jacket knitted sideways on a standard gauge knitting machine.
It uses approximately 600g of 2/16 and 2/28 yarn knitted together to give an approximate fine fingering/3-ply weight. The yarn should be swapped in and out to give pleasing colour variation.
There is one size given to fit around chest 128 cm, length to shoulder 74 cm, sleeve length 43 cm.
