Lanhydrock Shawl
by Sophie Wire
This pattern is now available to buy, having being tested through the forums- many thanks to my lovely testers who have helped me so much!
Inspired by the formal gardens of Lanhydrock, a magnificent Cornish stately home, this shawl features lattice patterns, leaves, and a delicate trim, which is knitted on.
The sample pictured is knitted in 4 ply, but I think it will work equally well in a lighter-weight yarn.
It is optional to add beads to the trim- this is more to help with blocking than a design feature. You will need 42, and an appropriate crochet hook to add them.
