Lapis Wesek Tunic
Inspired by the ancient Egyptian collar necklaces, this lacy tunic begins with a large, chunky cowl neckline that magically scrunches around the neck and splays open around the shoulders. You could stop here and it would be a lovely cowl, or continue with the large-scale openwork lace for an awesome layering piece.
The construction of this yarn is very interesting as well. It’s a chunky-weight chainette, which gives you great loft without the weight. This is a surprisingly light piece considering it’s made from bulky-weight wool!
Wear this tunic over a monochromatic long-sleeved dress and tights with boots, or a tank and jeans with a great belt.
