There’s a song behind the thunderstorm and this gorgeous shawl captures the spirit of that peace. Lightweight and colourful, the openwork and texture make this accessory a must for every crocheter.

PATTERN NOTES
Late Rain is a traditional top down triangular shawl with a longer and narrower spine. The whole shawl is composed of alternating two rows only: a double crochet-chain row and a single crochet-chain row. Depending on the different repeats, stitch patterns change from large openings to strips of solid band, which work back and forth until the end. Beads are added in three rows of single crochet-chain. Peacock edge is introduced at the last row.
Pattern is written using US crochet terminology.
