Laterally
Rows of gorgeous, leafy cables run horizontally around this hat, enhancing the cozy feel of the stitches.
The body of the hat is worked flat, then seamed. Stitches are then picked up for crown shaping as well as for the brim. Both of these are then worked in the round making the construction of this hat both interesting and fun.
Yarn: 2 skeins Chickadee by Quince and Co
181 yards/166m, 50g per skein

• Size 5/3.75mm 16”/ 40.5cm circular knitting needles
• Size 5/3.25mm dpns (4)
• Size 3/3.25mm 16”/40.5cm circular knitting needles

• faux fur pom (found on Etsy) if desired
Gauge: 24 sts and 32 rows over 4” of stockinette on size 5/3.75mm needles
Finished Size (blocked): 9.5”/24cm brim to crown (folded) 18”/46cm brim circumference unstretched.
