Lattice or Braid
Lattice or Braid is feminine V-neck pullover with two different cable options for the saddle shoulder.
You can choose which one you like.
Which do you choose - Lattice or Braid?
It is a comfortable pullover knitted from the top-down in one piece.
At first, the right and left saddle shoulder panels are worked separately, then stitches are picked up for the back and front from the edges of the right and left shoulder.
German short rows are used to shape the shoulders. The front and back of this pullover are worked back and forth separately to the underarm, then are joined together to continue in the round in one piece. After joining the body and shaping the underarm, striping is started. Sleeves are worked top down in the round after the body is finished.
Both cable versions have the same stitch count, but different stitch gauges, hence the finished measurements are also a little different.
This pattern is written in English and French, and has been professionally edited and test knitted.
(French version is added in Novemer 17, 2018.)
