Laurelia is a semi-circular shawl knitted top-down in two colours in a fingering weight yarn.

Main body of the shawl is worked in stripes and finished off with a modern lace border.
The pattern is written and the lace panel also charted.
There are two sizes given, one small-medium shawlette (58”/22”) which uses 1.6 skeins of a sock yarn shown in Fyberspates Sheilas Sock Sparkle (Moss and Mauve) and larger shawl (78”/30”) uses just under 3 skeins of fingering weight yarn shown in Knitwitches Seriously Gorgeous: Swiss Silk and Baby Camel, and Cashmere and Silk (Natural and Lavender Dusk).

This pattern is easy to knit and suitable for knitters of all skills.

Laurelia makes a very attractive accessory and is good for any time of the year!
