Nearly as light as a cobweb, this airy long loop is a breeze to knit. Simple tiny bobbles line both edges and are scattered symmetrically throughout the fabric. The lace weight yarn is knit on a larger-than-usual needle size giving the stockinette stitches a very open, elegant feel. This cowl has the flavor of lace, without any actual “lace” knitting required. A good amount of silk in this yarn blend gives our extra long cowl a luxurious drape. You may wear it long, or double it up for a nice, lightweight spring accessory that provides just a touch of warmth.
