Knitting Pattern in English for a Classic Raglan-Sweater in a Modified Moss Stitch Pattern with Hem, Cuffs and Collar in 2x2 ribbing in sizes XS | S | M (L |XL | 2XL) 3XL | 4XL | 5XL.

Structure:
The sweater is worked with raglan increases top down in one piece in a modified moss stitch pattern and with contrasting cuffs, hems and collar in 2x2 ribbed pattern.
First, the yoke is worked back and forth in rows to shape the round neck. Then, new stitches are cast on to close the round neck. Then, the yoke is finished in the round. The sleeves are separated from the body and the stitches are put to rest on another rope or leftover yarn. The body is now finished in the modified moss stitch pattern in the round. Afterwards, the sleeve stitches are picked up again and the sleeves are worked in the same pattern in the round. Body and sleeves are both finished off with a hem and cuffs in 2x2 ribbing. Last, but not least, stitches are picked up along the round neck to work the collar in 2x2 ribbed pattern – matching hem and cuffs of the sweater.
The sweater has a classic fit with a neutral to slightly positive ease of around 10 cm. The length is relatively short, making it perfect for high waisted jeans and trousers. The classic shape is emphasized by the 2x2 ribbing, but the modified moss stitch pattern adds a new note to the design.
