Pattern description
Get a head start on summer with a super sun-shader. The Multi-Colored and Lavender Crowns are crocheted, then sewn to wide straw brims, which can be ordered by mail.

Additional information
The straw brims shown in the photograph were designed by Frank Olive, and at the time of publication were available for order direct from him ($4.50 each, plus $1.50 shipping and handling). A New York City milliner of some repute, Frank Olive died in 1995 at the age of 66, and received an obituary in the New York Times.
