12 Cowls of Christmas – Day 6

Laying Geese Cowl. Stranded colorwork + Bulky yarn= a squishy, warm cowl for the cold weather ahead!

There will be 12 cowls in all, inspired by the twelve days of Christmas. Some will be free, some will have giveaways, and others will be available to purchase. Like what you find in an advent calendar, every day is a bit unexpected and I hope you wait with anticipation to see what’s behind the next door.
After December 15 all 12 cowls will be available for purchase as an e-book in my ravelry store. Don’t forget the “gift” option that Ravelry allows for patterns – the ebook is an excellent gift for a knitter.
All are worked in super bulky yarn. Yardage for this cowl is 120 yards. This is a 2 skein project but there is enough yardage if you use Cascade Magnum to make a second cowl. One for you, one for a gift! Check your yardage if you’re using a different yarn.
