Socks are my go to project, and as soon as Spring starts to emerge, I like to switch from vanilla socks to something a little more lacy and delicate. My Leaf socks feature a simple lace pattern, and are ankle length to make them even more appropriate for Spring. The picot cuff adds a delicate detail. The socks are knitted from the toe-up, with a gusset and slipped stitch heel flap. A lacy leaf pattern is used on the instep, and around the leg above the heel and the sock has a picot cuff.

Note that the row gauge given in the pattern is wrong and should read 44 rows to 4”/10cm.
