Embossed crochet: a combination of front post and back post double crochet

Abbreviations:
Traditionally, embossed crochet patterns only included charts and used complex abbreviations, making them less accessible. To simplify, I’ve shortened traditional abbreviations (e.g., FPdc = F, BPdc = B, FPdc2inc = F2i, FPdc2tog = F2t). While these require a brief learning curve, they are intuitive and easier to follow

This pattern includes:
Written instructions in US terms, charts, schematic, video for rib band

Sizes:

• S (M/L, XL, 2X, 3X).
• Sweater measures 90 (100, 110, 120, 130)cm/ 35 3/8 (39 3/8, 43 ¼, 47 ¼, 51 1/8)’’.
• Model is size M / 95 cm / 37 3/8’’ bust and hips, height 5’ 6’’ and wears size M/L.

Recommended materials:

• Knit Picks Comfy Worsted Yarn (75% Pima Cotton, 25% Acrylic, 50 g / 109 yds, #4 / Worsted weight).

• 520 (580, 660, 730, 820) g / 1134 (1265, 1439, 1592, 1788) yds in Silver Sage color.

• Crochet hook 3.5mm, tapestry needle, 4 stitch markers.
