This angular shawl features zig-zags on a stockinette background, which makes the design suitable for handpainted and semi-solid yarns. It would look equally stunning in a solid color or in a self-striping sock yarn, too!

Two sizes offered in one pattern, a full size shawl (shown in blue) and a shawlette (shown in purple). The full size is knit in a light fingering/laceweight and the shawlette in heavier fingering/sock yarn.

Finished Measurements
Full Size: 71” across top edge and 34” long at center back, blocked
Shawlette: 39” across top edge and 19” long at center back, blocked

For Full Size: 26 sts and 36 rows = 4” in stockinette unblocked
23 sts and 34 rows = 4” blocked
For Shawlette: 22 sts and 32 rows = 4” in stockinette unblocked
