I have designed these outfits especially for the JAL with the theme ‘’ Back to Africa 2019 ‘’ .
Mauritius is a small Paradise Island near the east coast of Africa . Here Sega dancing forms part of the Mauritian Culture .

Designed to fit 12-15 ’’ dolls such as Paola Reina , Corolle Les Cheries , Heart for Heart Dolls
and also Wellie Wishers Dolls .Usually a Sega skirt is long and very , very wide but I have designed it in taking time and yarn consumption in mind . I have designed 2 skirts one with
hibiscus motif and the second one using rainbow colours of the Mauritian flag but you can use your own choice of colours . I provide both written and a chart instructions for the hibiscus skirt .

The top has 2 variations : Knit in 1 colour with another colour for the frill or a rainbow top using the same colours as the skirt . I have also include knitting instructions for panties .
