KNITTED HATS make great stashbuster projects, but sometimes it’s nice to choose a luxurious yarn to create a hat to treasure. This pattern uses Stolen Stitches Nua, a yarn brand created by Irish designer Carol Feller. It’s a sportweight blend of merino wool, yak and linen that knits up into a wonderfully light fabric with a gorgeous silkiness and glow; it’s available in 10 warm, tweedy shades. The hat has been designed by Juliet Bernard, and features an elegant stranded colourwork pattern.
