This hat is soft and light as a feather to wear; the springy Rambouillet wool is easy to use for color-work, and the soft Suri alpaca gives the simple feather motifs just the right amount of fuzzy halo. This is a great pattern for the first-time color-worker!
Keep it simple with just one color feather, or go crazy with a whole peacock’s tail of shades.
