• US 2.5 (3 mm) 16”/41cm Circular Knitting Needle
• US 3 (3.25 mm) 16”/41cm Circular Knitting Needle
• US 3 (3.25 mm) Double-Pointed Needles
• Stitch Markers
• Tapestry Needle

Tam is worked in the round from the bottom up. The corrugated brim is worked on the smaller circular needles, with the colorwork body of the tam worked on the larger circular needles. DPNs are used when decreasing for the crown.
