The Lighthouse Cardigan is virtually seamless. You will knit the body in one piece from the bottom up. The sleeves are knit in the round on double pointed needles. The body and sleeves are joined to create a yoke with raglan shaping. This pattern includes 5 mini video classes for the special techniques used: the Long Tail Cast On (not so special, but I highly recommend using this cast on to create a clean and sturdy edge along the bottom of the sweater!), the Left Lifted Increase, the Slip Knit Pass (skp) and Slip Slip Purl (ssp) decreases, and the Kitchener Stitch. An easy going knit you’ll wear all year round.
