Bottom part of dress ( tulle)
Depending on the length of the dress and how full you want it, will determine the amount of tulle you’ll need.
I used 50 yards of tulle on this particular dress.
Cut the strips of tulle to desired length - remember keep on mind you are going to be folding the tulle in half so cut it twice as long as you are needing in length.
Bring together end to end, loop the tulle through each DC space at the bottom of the dress and pull snug.
If you want a more full tutu, repeat the same process on the next row of DC above.
Add ribbon to desired length and tie a bow.
