Lilibet Collar
A dainty collar originally made in red, white and blue for Queen Elizabeth II jubilee and then named after her.
Supplies:
• 1.75mm crochet hook
• Small amount of Size 10 crochet cotton in three colours (10g approx. in total / 57 metres in
total – 19m per colour / 62 yards in total – 20.6 per colour)
Scheepjes Maxi Sweet Treat in A) Chrystaline, B) Lemonade and C) Soft Rose (N.B the
collar also looks lovely if made in a single colour)
• Small button (approx. ¼ inch)
• 1 stitch marker
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors
Special Stitches:
Picot = chain 3, sl st in 3rd chain from hook
Pattern Notes:
• Gauge – 10cm x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) = 26 sts and 13 rows of treble stitch
Finished collar measures approx.
• depth = approx. 3.5cm / just under 1 ½ inches
• length = approx. 51cm / 20 inches
• Neck opening diameter = approx. 14cm / 5 ½ inches
