This girl loves a cowl! I also have a tendency to fall in love with a pattern and want to make it over and over again with different yarns and variations. Linen Helix is a choose your own adventure cowl that allows you to do just that, but I have taken some of the guesswork out of it for you, so that you can enjoy learning and playing with helical knitting. I have included four different adventures for you using different striping patterns or color set-up. Grab up all of those mini skeins (or leftovers) and get to work!

Materials
Yarn:
Main Color (MC): 300 yds fingering weight yarn
Contrasting Colors (CC1-5): 400 yds of fingering weight yarn in various colors. If using mini-skeins, this is about five mini skeins, approximately 80 yds each

Recommended Needles: US 5 / 3.75mm short circulars in 16” length are perfect for this project

Notions: yarn needle, 1-3 stitch markers (one unique marker, two to mark the ‘slip 3’ sequence), and a row counter

Gauge: 24 sts & 32 rows = 4” in pattern (unblocked)
