Yarn: 430 yards fingering-weight yarn. Samples shown in Black Trillium Lilt (85% Superwash Merino/15% Mulberry Silk, 100 grams/430 yards), colorway Patina (blue & brown version), and Big Alice Foxtrot (50% Silk, 50% Superwash Merino; 100 grams/437 yards), colorway One-Eyed Jack (red version).

Gauge: 22 sts = 4 inches/10 cm over stockinette stitch.
Needles: US #6/4mm needle, circular or straight, or size to get gauge.
