Use this Little Apple as a keyring or bag charm, or as toy food for playtime.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the apple is knitted in a few grammes of acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round). This only uses a small amount of yarn, so is a super stash-busting project.

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 5).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; a few grammes in each colour.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle and toy filling or cotton wool balls to stuff the apple.

SIZES
One size only - 5.5cm tall (including stalk) x 5cm wide.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
