Notions: 3 stitch markers, stitch holders for sleeves or scrap yarn, 2.5 mm (US 1.5) 16’’/40 cm circular needles for smaller sizes and collars, 24’’/60 cm for bigger sizes, DPNs for collars and sleeves, or magic loop method for collars and sleeves. I knit loosely, the above needle size (2.5 mm / US 1.5) may not work for you.

Gauge: 23 sts & 33 rounds = 4x4 inches (10x10cm) in stockinette stitch in the round. Stitch gauge is most important for this project. You don’t have to have the exact row gauge, as lengths will be also given in centimeters and inches, so you will know how many rows you need to work to achive the given lenghts. Gauge should be based on a blocked swatch.
